The Restaurant General Manager oversees all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. The restaurant General Manager will train and supervise restaurant management and staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, resolve customer complaints, and work to create a culture of service, excellence, and hospitality.
The AR Manager is the head of the kitchen program, following and enforcing the General Managers requirements and guidelines. The AR Manager’s responsibilities include recruiting new employees, maintaining the systems that operate all BOH functions, and ensuring food quality.
