-Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone and via email
-Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
-Resolve customer inquiries and concerns, promptly and professionally.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
-Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
-Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel and Power Point.
-A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer services.
