job detailsjob summary:Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for an Accounting Manager for a Impactful PE Firm based in Orange County, CA. This is a newly created role due to firm growth that will work closely with leadership on a variety of different initiatives.location: Irvine, Californiajob type: Permanentsalary: $130,000 - 140,000 per yearwork hours: 8 to 5education: Bachelor's degreeexperience: 8 Yearsresponsibilities:The primary responsibilities in this role reporting to the Controller will include:
Leading monthly, quarterly and annual fund, management company, GP and investor accounting and reporting; overseeing the accounting systems, processes and procedures.
Overseeing all aspects of cash flow management including working capital, distributions, capital calls, payroll, and operating expenses.
Leading and contributing in other areas including: cash forecasts, annual audit, annual LP meeting (meeting materials, IRR calculations, portfolio company reviews, and other aspects of the meeting).
Developing and maintaining close relationships with legal, accounting, tax, compliance, governance and strategy consulting experts at the professional services firms.
