Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & Strategic Partnership● Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the COO● Act as a sounding board for leadership - offering insights, flagging risks, and providing thoughtful feedback● Conduct research and provide briefing materials, presentations and internal documents to support key operational initiatives and meetings● Provide operations support in the areas affecting staffing, agency process, media and office.● Facilitate scheduling and meeting prep, ensuring high-priority initiatives move forward efficientlyOperations & Change Management● Drive operational efficiency initiatives and lead change management across teams● Identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined workflows, processes, and tools to improve cross-functional collaboration● Research and recommend technology solutions to enhance productivity and project deliveryAgency Marketing & Branding● Contribute to internal efforts that elevate and maintain the agency’s brand presence● Drive updates to marketing materials, case studies, capabilities decks, and business development assetsVendor & Partner Management● Manage select external partners and vendors - leading contract negotiations, scope-of-work development, and ongoing relationship oversight
