This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone with a highly analytical background looking to make direct impacts to the overall Edwards Lifesciences business.How you will make an impact:

Conduct in-depth data analysis to unearth valuable sales trends, patterns, opportunities, and data integrity issues by integrating and blending qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.

Contribute to, prepare, and facilitate presentations with actionable insights that directly impact sales strategy & decision-making.

Administer and optimize the Salesforce system in partnership with the shared services team to ensure it aligns seamlessly with our sales objectives.

Craft, present, and maintain compelling reports and dashboards that track progress of strategic initiatives and the attainment of growth objectives (sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, budget variance, sales exceptions, and product use).

Proactively maintain data integrity through regular analysis, audits, and corrective measures in applicable reporting systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, perform solutions driven root cause analysis, and streamline sales processes.

Identify opportunities for innovations in sales tools, present recommendations, and develop business requirements for approved tools, as well as training users.

Respond to inquiries and requests from field sales team.

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's degree in related field of study

A minimum of three years of analytical work experience including dashboard creation, spreadsheet modeling and database management

What else we look for (Preferred):

Experience with Salesforce administration and data management

Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server

Experience with SQL Management Studio, Snowflake, or other data management systems

Experience with ETL tools (Tableau Prep or Alteryx)

Proven expertise in MS Office Suite

Strong analytical skills with a focus on generating actionable insights from abstract and conceptual data

Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills

Good problem-solving, root cause analysis, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Strict attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Ability to work independently and without close supervision

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
