HR Generalist

Description Our well-respected client is hiring a Human Resource Generalist to join their team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Build a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

Gauge employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

Design a system for storing physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

Employ HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

Strategize on employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

Administer employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities Requirements - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

1+ years of human resources experience

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Must have excellent time management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Past position in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
