Description Robert Half is looking to add a Oracle Cloud HCM Systems Analyst, where your primary focus will be to design, develop, test, implement, and administer the human resource information systems (HRIS) systems. This role is centered around the Oracle Cloud HCM platform and requires a talented detail oriented with expertise in Core HR and multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Key Qualifications: Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM system; Oracle Cloud certification preferred. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Core HR and multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules. 3-7 years of demonstrated experience as an HRIS analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Fast Formula are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and training to staff. Active participation in HRIS upgrades, patches, fixes, and testing processes. The position requires 100% onsite presence Monday through Friday in our Irvine office. Responsibilities: Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and stay current with Oracle updates. Review, test, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Manage HRIS system tables, document processes, and conduct audits. Independently configure, develop, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Collaborate with HR experts and other departments to define requirements. Provide production support, resolving technical and functional issues. Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices in HRIS. Recommend improvements and innovative solutions, seeking leadership approval. Conduct training sessions and develop user procedures and guidelines. Requirements Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in layman or technical terms as required.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with systems integration and data platforms.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Management Information Systems OR, in lieu of degree, equal work experience is preferred.
