Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant to join our team in Irvine, California. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in our operations, providing administrative support, aiding in project planning and implementation, maintaining project documentation, and offering assistance to other team members. Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparation and distribution of minutes, reports, and other relevant project documents Manage project records and documentation, including tracking project activities and timelines Support team members with task completion as directed by the project manager, facilitating efficient work processes Maintain open communication channels with project team members and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and information sharing Prepare and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability Conduct research as needed to support project goals and objectives Assist with the preparation of project presentations, ensuring information is accurate and well-presented Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team. Requirements Possession of a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage timelines effectively and meet project deadlines. Proven experience in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace. Ability to perform scanning and shipping functions as required. Experience with equipment inventory and warehouse inventory management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
