JOB TITLE: Omni Migration Project Manager

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
3-5 years in a role that required planning and delivery of projects
Adobe Analytics and Thoughtspot experience
Understanding of project and program delivery concepts, such as burndown rates, delivery velocity, release planning, and forecasting
Demonstrated history of leading a team and building a culture of high performance
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, stakeholder alignment
Ability to conduct analysis of project and program delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks or sources of defects in the program's production methodology
Extensive organizational and time management skills
DESIRED SKILLS:
Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
Digital domain expertise, including an understanding of website/app tagging implementation
B2C sales domain expertise
