Job DescriptionThe recruiting coordinator is responsible for facilitating the hiring process and finding the best candidates for a company. Their duties include:
Finding candidates: Using job boards, social media, and other strategies to find candidates for open positions
Reviewing applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to determine which candidates should be interviewed
Conducting interviews: Conducting interviews and creating a list of final candidates
Onboarding new hires: Helping new hires through the onboarding process
Improving the process: Monitoring the success of recruiting campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
Ensuring compliance: Making sure hiring procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements
Administrative support: Providing administrative support, scheduling interviews, and handling last-minute changes
