Description We are in the process of expanding our team in Irvine, California, and thus, are seeking a Sr. Accountant. The role revolves around the financial industry, requiring the individual to handle tasks such as account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. The workplace is a dynamic environment that encourages professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities: Management of General Ledger and Journal Entries with high precision. Conducting regular account reconciliation exercises to ensure accurate record-keeping. Performing balance sheet reconciliation tasks to maintain financial clarity. Regularly conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Efficiently handling month-end close procedures to keep financial records updated. Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and procedures. Operating NetSuite for managing business processes. Proficient use of Oracle for streamlined business processes. Using SAP for managing business operations and customer relations. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations is required Experience with General Ledger and Journal Entries is essential Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Month End Close is required Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP is preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required CPA certification is preferred but not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must have a strong ethical stance and integrity Must be legally eligible to work in the job posting country.
