Help Wanted: Accounts Receivable Representative
Balcony1, a leading company in Tarzana, California, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent communication skills to ensure timely payments from our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Process and track incoming payments
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm- this is NOT a remote position
