Private school is seeking a contract A/P Assistant to join their Accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & process invoices
- Ensuretimely payments to vendors
- Maintain financial records related to school expenses
- Provide administrative support to the school's finance department as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of A/P accounting experience required
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online & Excel required
- Knowledge of Ramp processing system a plus but not required
