Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Online Payment Processor Assistant Manager. In this role, you will assist the Payment Processor Manager in overseeing all online payment processing operations within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Payment Processor Manager in developing and implementing strategies to optimize online payment processing efficiency
- Monitor payment processing systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Review and approve or reject payment transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payment processing operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
- Provide training and support to payment processing staff as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online payment processing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in online payment processing or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
