We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role combines property management responsibilities with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations across several commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
Property Management Support:
Assist in managing residential and/or commercial properties.
Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with lease terms.
Collect and process rent payments while assisting in managing delinquencies.
Assist with marketing vacant properties, conducting showings, and screening prospective tenants.
Administrative Duties:
Perform administrative and daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and property files.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
