We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Laundromat Attendant to join our team.
Job Description:
This role involves assisting customers with their laundry needs and answering questions. You will be responsible for daily tasks to attend to customers and maintain cleanliness of the laundromat.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with any questions or concerns.
Provide guidance on the use of washing machines, dryers, and other equipment.
Monitor machines and report any maintenance issues to management.
Keep the laundromat clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down machines and surfaces.
Ensure supplies such as detergent, fabric softener, and other essentials are stocked.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Benefits:
Pay starts at $16-18/hr
Part time positions available (24-32 hours weekly) with possible room for advancement to full time
Qualifications:
English speaking/Bilingual a plus
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
