Independent civil and/ or structural engineer wanted to inspect/evaluate small detached hillside concrete walled garage, make plans for and stamp plans for said garage so I can obtain a permit from LADBS. I need a permit so I can get it signed off from LAHD senior inspector. I prefer an affordable independent or retired licensed engineer.
