A small but proactive real estate developer - residential and commercial from the ground up, ADU, addition, TI, and renovation has an immediate need for a qualified out-of-box construction thinker SE or PE or Civil with active license. He/She must understand construction process and developments and have a positive approach, and experience with Public Works and City processing steps to get things done.
We compensate based on consignment (flat rate) and scheduled payments. No jobsite administration is required; however, the fee is included for visiting the job site as many times as needed to prepare your plans (CAD) for submission ('As Built' and correctly!). The fee is also included for visiting Official (Public Work or Cities) as many times as needed to clarify the plans and follow up with the approval process.
