Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities.
Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and status updates.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP, CCM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
