We are a small but mighty company working on uniquely deigned projects such as; Ground up homes, remodels, additions, multi-family, ADUs, exterior designs, and commercial TIs all over Southern California.
Great opportunity for a designer with a lot of ambition to take on design responsibility and get exposed to a variety of projects, learn everything about architecture, and gain immeasurable experience in a good environment.
We are in search of a part time Junior Designer/ Draftsman with 2-3 years of experience with an Associates or Bachelor degree in Architecture. Candidate should be able to use ArchiCAD BIM software to create design and construction documents as well as understand and resolve city plan check corrections
We are hiring immediately.
Candidates should be located in LA county or Orange County area and have the ability to drive to different cities around Southern California.
The position is for a part time contractor on 1099 payment basis. 15-25 hours a week. Potential to become a full time employee in the future. Completely remote and flexible, but with the possible requirement to make trips to city community development offices on an as needed basis.
