Job SummaryAs leader in the hospitality industry, Levy is seeking an Area Information Technology Manager to join our team supporting sports and entertainment venues in the L.A area with a primary focus on Dodger Stadium, Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater and the L.A. Convention Center. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the role technology plays in our industry; who is obsessed with solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment; who is confident and comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders; and who desires to learn quickly and grow their career. This position will report to the Regional Technology Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary point of contact for systems support and Information Technology related inquiries.
Lead and follow up with vendor resources, on-site support, or location personnel teams while working on any given project
Assist with troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting a range of technical issues and resolutions related to hardware, software, etc.
Support local events or major events (USTA, golf, Superbowl, All-Star Game, etc.) as requested
Systems Support
Coordinate on-site support for location events as requested
Act as the escalation point for the support of all IS related systems
Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
Understand and execute technical priorities, standards and procedures for existing and future systems as directed
Reviews and evaluates new technology and system offerings against current and future business needs and works with Home Office IS to make recommendations for implementation
Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of products and maintain technical and operational analysis of strengths and weaknesses
QUALIFICATIONS
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience, equivalent skill set.
Knowledge of implementing hardware and software in the hospitality industry requires.
Previous IT/systems leadership experience.
Proven experience in configuring, maintaining and supporting technology systems, such as POS systems and digital ordering platforms.
Effective problem solver with strong attention to detail.
High-energy, self-motivated, action oriented, positive and humble attitude, flexible, hard-working, high level of integrity.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to work long shifts
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Travel throughout the L.A. market
