Description We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Los Angeles, California. You will be a part of a team within the industry, where your detail-oriented and organized nature will be put to good use in maintaining customer records and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: Accurately process credit applications of customers Keep customer credit records updated and correct Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action Perform account reconciliation tasks efficiently Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Carry out Bank Reconciliations duties Maintain bookkeeping records and perform data entry tasks Utilize Microsoft Excel for various functions Conduct month-end close procedures Handle payroll related tasks Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. Must be skilled in managing Accounts Payable (AP). Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. Must be able to perform Bank Reconciliations. Bookkeeping skills are a must for this role. Excellent Data Entry skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. Must have experience in performing Month End Close. Experience in Payroll management is required. Must be proficient in using QuickBooks.
