Support Law & Motion related to employment law
Document & Depo review
Discovery and related motions
Once hired: take and defend depo, court appearance, ability to bring in book of business and discretionary bonus
Salary upon hire: 115-140K
Mostly remote - great if you can come in a one to two days per week
Requirements
Must have CA Barred
1-2 years litigation experience
Nice to have employment litigation experience
