Perform various administrative duties
Review freight bills and process bills of lading
Heed guidelines for approving carriers
Express and integrate with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes
Follow-up with carriers, as necessary
Supervise, pursue, and aid dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements Requirements - If you can bring experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions to the table, this job could be for you
Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
Outstanding data entry skills
Personal security experience
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
2+ years' experience with shipping/logistics
