We invite you to join us in delivering humankindness, one person at time.As our Manager of Community Health Outreach at California Hospital, you will work along side our Director to develop and manage the implementation of evidence-based health improvement programs, and strategic outreach and partnership initiatives to achieve community health goals. This is a cornerstone position that will have a direct impact on the lives of the patients and families we serve. You will help to provide operational support for the Community Health department, including deployment and management of staff and other resources. In addition, you will manage the timely and accurate reporting of expense and program data for our community benefit reporting, and contribute to measurement and evaluation of our health program outcomes.You will also support the preparation of our Community Health Needs Assessments, Implementation Strategies, and the hospital's annual community benefit report and plan.QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, or related field, required.
Minimum of three (3) years community health/benefit planning and project management experience and two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
