And though our properties may be diverse, one thing is universal: all offer the unparalleled quality, service, and support our residents deserve.If you’re ready to be a part of our team, we encourage you to apply.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Manager, Consumer Marketing will lead the day-to-day execution and ongoing management of regional marketing and communications plans for entire customer journey – from prospecting to becoming a resident. A deep understanding of our customers coupled with our markets and properties will be necessary to optimize campaigns. The manager will share accountability for the performance of the regional portfolio; rent growth and online reputation scores will be key measures of success. The manager will ensure flawless execution of the marketing tactics for approximately 40 apartment rental buildings and will be both creative and data-driven. Responsible for partnering with the properties on adhoc marketing needs. The Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital and social channels and email marketing. Excellent communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills are required. This role will report to the Director of Marketing for the region. Supports Director with tactical execution and ongoing management of integrated marketing plans for a regional portfolio of apartment rental buildings. This includes (but not limited to) website set up, content management (online updates), social media set up and management, reputation management, email marketing creation and deployment, collateral development with third-party preferred partners, transfers of social/local listings, local listing management, Internet Listing set up/syndication, UTM code set up, management of digital assets, and support execution of customer experience initiatives. (60%)

Support Director of Marketing with new acquisition set ups including websites, content collection and storage, transfers of marketing accounts (Google Analytics, Social, Local Listings, domains, etc.), new online listing set ups (Zillow, CoStar, etc.), digital marketing set up forms, resident communications, etc. Manager also supports departmental monthly training (welcome call and social/reputation) and property-specific onboardings. (15%)

Support Director of Marketing with new acquisition set ups including websites, content collection and storage, transfers of marketing accounts (Google Analytics, Social, Local Listings, domains, etc.), new online listing set ups (Zillow, CoStar, etc.), digital marketing set up forms, resident communications, etc. Manager also supports departmental monthly training (welcome call and social/reputation) and property-specific onboardings. Completes site visits as requested by the Director of Marketing to support due diligence, new acquisitions, and curb appeal efforts. (10%)

Marketing Manager will collaborate with other marketing team members to develop strategies around email marketing, social media, reputation management, and other initiatives as assigned. (5%)

EducationThis position requires a(n) Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Marketing/Communications.Work ExperienceBelow is the required/preferred work experience for this position:
