We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with at least three years of experience to take the lead in crafting our clients brand narrative that comes from a performing arts or museum industry background. As a key conductor of their marketing symphony, you'll blend creativity with strategy to captivate audiences and drive results.The Role:As their Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind their brand's story. You'll leverage your expertise in organic and paid social media, digital marketing, and programmatic advertising to compose engaging campaigns that elevate their presence. Your keen eye for detail and experience in navigating copyrights in marketing communications will ensure their messaging is both compelling and compliant.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on organic and paid social media.

Create compelling content that showcases our brand's unique voice and resonates with our target audience.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging programmatic advertising to optimize performance and ROI.

Ensure all marketing materials adhere to copyright laws and regulations, maintaining brand & artist integrity and protecting intellectual property.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive growth.

Analyze campaign performance and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in social media, digital marketing, and programmatic advertising.

Strong understanding of copyright laws and regulations pertaining to marketing communications.

Experience working with museums or performing arts organizations is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
