Schedule: In-person, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (occasional flexibility required during principal travel)
Salary: Up to $130K DOE + Benefits
We are seeking a highly motivated, conscientious, and adaptable Personal Assistant to join a long-standing, close-knit team that has worked with this family for over a decade. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a seamless and harmonious lifestyle for the principals, working alongside experienced staff in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the principal’s personal calendar, coordinate appointments, and handle travel arrangements. Be ready to field requests for errands and miscellaneous tasks.
Support the Estate Manager by assisting with errands and other household-related duties as needed. You will also report to the Executive Assistant to the principal’s spouse, taking on additional responsibilities as directed.
Efficiently run errands, from sourcing supplies for the household to personal shopping for the principal.
Act as a reliable point of contact, responding to texts, calls, and requests outside of office hours with a timely, proactive approach.
Have a “no task is too big or too small” mentality, ready to handle anything from minor errands to more complex logistical tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
A poised individual who maintains a professional, casual-chic appearance.
Comfortable taking direction from both the Estate Manager and Executive Assistant, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the broader team.
Anticipates needs and follows through with minimal oversight, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Able to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
This is an in-person role in Malibu (Zuma area), but flexibility and a quick response to requests during off-hours are key. Over time, and with proven success, there may be opportunities for growth, taking on additional personal responsibilities for the family and household.
