Recruitment Operations Support:Open new requisitions and enter candidates into the Applicant Tracking System SmartRecruiters (ATS)Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless interview experience.Prepare offer letters, confidentiality agreements, background, and reference checks.Prepare recruiting closeout documentation for new hire transition to Human Resources Assist in the development and documentation of recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices, supporting our global recruitment teams.ATS Management:Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SmartRecruiters to support end-to-end recruitment workflows.Train team members on ATS functionalities and troubleshoot system issues across the enterprise.Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and integrity within the ATS.Help identify areas for improving workflows by gathering feedback and tracking issues.Support the implementation of new tools or updates to existing systems.Reporting and Analytics:Develop and maintain regular recruitment metrics and dashboards, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, diversity hiring, and candidate pipeline health.Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring strategies and align them with business goals.Administrative Tasks:Maintain calendars for recruitment-related activities, including career fairs or team meetings.Provide administrative support for recruitment initiatives or special projects.Assist with tasks such as posting job openings or updating job descriptions as needed.
