What You’ll Do
Prepare and present sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Work efficiently during service while keeping quality on point
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Help maintain a smooth, professional sushi bar flow
What We’re Looking For
Previous sushi chef experience required
Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation
Ability to work clean, fast, and under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and pride in your craft
Schedule
Part-time: 4 days per week
