Zinqué is a hip minor-chain of restaurants in California and Arizona. We are hiring experienced kitchen managers, supervisors and sous chef to oversee the kitchens of our restaurants.
This position requires a minimum of 2 year experience with high volume food and beverage operations.
You will need to have a great personality and be able to manage a team. Experience in ordering and scheduling is necessary.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food, about French techniques, but also fire / charcoal cooking, pasta, pizza, etc.

- A minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a non-corporate as well as corporate chain restaurant.
- Spanish and English speaking required.
- Morning shifts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with ordering and with scheduling.
- Strong hospitality orientation.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations. ServSafe certification preferred.
- Must have the ability to work varied and flexible hours.
- Must have the ability to comply and implement all Standard Operating Procedures.
- French cuisines experience a plus.
- Food handler certificate.
- Knowledge of rational ovens a BIG plus
