We’re looking for a pasta maker to join our team at Ferrazzani’s. This role is hands-on and heart-in: making beautiful, consistent pasta for both our shop and restaurant partners. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated team making pasta the old-fashioned way: with craft, care, and community in mind.
What you’ll do:
- Run our fresh and dried pasta for retail and restaurants using an extruder
- Sheet and craft handmade pastas—like ravioli and agnolotti—for our shop and Pasta Club
- Manage scaling, hydration, and timing for smooth daily production
- Keep a keen eye on detail and consistency in every batch
- Lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds as part of the workflow
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of pasta-making experience preferred (extruder + hand-formed pastas a plus)
- Someone who enjoys repetitive tasks and takes pride in precision
- A detail-oriented, reliable worker who thrives on consistency and care
