Hiring kitchen staff for the holiday season for a pop-up dinner theatre show at the Beverly Center Mall.
Operations begin November 21st and continue through New Year’s Eve.
We service between 100-300 guests per show with most days having two shows. (See attached calendar)
We have a limited menu with set recipes, so technical skills such as knife work are not a priority. However food safety practices must be observed, with a keen eye for detail as we offer vegan and gluten free options.
You will be responsible for tracking and communicating your needs i.e. counting inventory and coordinating with the kitchen manager each week to place orders for the following week’s needs.
Experience with a turbo chef oven is preferred but not mandatory.
