Kitchen Staff
Qualification
- Experienced in Japanese kitchen (tempura, teriyaki, and grill)
- Flexible to work morning and night shift
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Sushi Chef
Qualification
- Experienced working at Sushi Line
- Knowledge of fish cutting, sushi rice preparation, and traditional sushi techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to consistency and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
