About Thien Lake Acupuncture:
We are a busy acupuncture and herbal medicine clinic focused on women’s health and fertility in Long Beach, California. We are looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our growing practice.
About the Clinical Care Coordinator position:
This position is part-time with room for growth into management. Responsibilities include typical reception duties like answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. The CCC will also provide first level support to patients by settling them into their treatment rooms and assisting with turnover when treatments are finished to ensure a smooth and efficient clinic shift. This is a fast paced job that does not include a lot of sitting. Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
-Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (oral and written) required.
-Ability to connect with a wide variety of people with a warm and caring demeanor.
-Strong organizational and computer skills.
-A positive and respectful attitude with enthusiasm towards problem solving.
-Ability to follow detailed instructions but also can be self-directed when necessary.
-High attention to detail, organized and punctual.
-Experience doing online marketing and sales is a plus.
-Bilingual ability is a plus, especially in Spanish.
-Experience working in a healthcare clinic setting or spa/hospitality is a plus.
Schedule & Work Location
The clinic is currently open for patient appointments on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9-2.
The position is currently 16-18 hours per week with some more hours available remotely, exact schedule to be determined upon hire.
