We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant/Limited X-Ray Tech to join our Medical Group. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various medical procedures. Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, and assisting with minor procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist healthcare providers during examinations
- Collect and record patient medical history and personal information
- Ensure the accuracy of patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling
medical documents
- Assist with diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, EKGs, and laboratory tests
- Educate patients on healthcare instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant/Limited X-Ray Tech from an accredited program
- Previous experience working medical clinic setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
