People Creating Success is looking for compassionate, patient, and caring Direct Care Staff to join us in supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. We offer a variety of shifts and are especially interested in candidates who are available on weekends.

This role is ideal for:
- Caregivers with experience in the field
- Students pursuing careers in social work, psychology, or related fields
- Retirees seeking meaningful work and companionship
Your duties will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include:
- Following individual program plans and working towards their goals
- Completing documentation at the end of each shift
- Assisting with daily living activities, including:
- Cleaning, cooking, and light household duties
- Participating in community events and activities
- Supporting healthy food choices and budget management
- Helping with hobbies, studies, and social activities
- Providing hygiene and bathing assistance if needed
- Lifting and transferring individuals if applicable
- Assisting with medication management if applicable
- Communicating with staff and program managers about individuals’ progress
- Maintaining mature judgment and a warm, caring demeanor

Requirements for Employment:
- Pass pre-employment screening including a criminal background check and drug screening
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (Training available if not certified)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and proof of insurance (if applicable)
