Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair work for our facilities and equipment in Los Angeles. This role involves maintaining production areas, conveyor belts, washers, dryers, and building systems to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect equipment and identify repairs needed
Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs
Follow blueprints and manuals to plan repairs
Perform general repairs such as drywall, painting, door repairs, and fixture replacements
Conduct routine maintenance on building systems
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the facilities
Order supplies and materials for repairs and maintenance
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance or repair work
Ability to perform a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks
Strong troubleshooting skills
Present a resume for review
Successful interview process
Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities.
Assist in the production area, conveyor belts, giant washers, and dryers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed.
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
Cleans and assists with the maintenance of the facilities.
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90001
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays only for emergencies)
Salary: Compensation varies based on experience
