We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Park Manager and Maintenance Person. This role can be either part-time or full-time, depending on your experience
Managerial Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the mobile home park
Address and resolve tenant concerns and inquiries
Ensure community rules and regulations are followed
Coordinate with external service providers as needed
Maintenance Duties:
Perform general maintenance and repairs (including a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems )
Manage and maintain tools and equipment
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Address and resolve maintenance requests from tenants
Ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the mobile home park
