About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our property management team in San Pedro. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a reliable, hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and experience in multifamily property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for a multifamily property.
Supervise and support a small maintenance crew.
Perform and coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and work orders.
Ensure all units and common areas are well maintained and meet safety standards.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted work when necessary.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in multifamily or property maintenance.
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must pass a background check.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
