Busy legal document store looking for bilingual (Spanish) individual to help us with the workload. The ideal candidate is personable, motivated, detail oriented, able to ultimately communicate with customers and take directions from the team, patient, with phone manners and the ability to follow up and make sure tasks are completed in a timely manner. The challenge will be to keep the focus on the task at hand, while interrupted by phone calls and walk ins.
We are looking for the right fit, more than for an extensive resume. We are offering either a part time or a full time - we are pretty flexible, as long as you can work in the store (no remote working).
You will be asked to become a public notary if you are not one already (all expenses paid).
You will learn first hand how to prepare documents for business, family law, estate planning, real estate and more. We will train you from scratch and in detail. You will be able to turn this job into a career and learn from the best.
