The Work Justice Firm is looking for an employment litigation attorney to join our firm’s plaintiff-side employment practice. The ideal candidate will have some arbitration and trial experience.
Requirements:
- active CA bar license;
- significant experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;
- ability to manage a large caseload;
- ability to handle cases independently;
- effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;
- strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
- strong academic credentials
