We are a small social media company and our channel and profile was deleted despite us 100% adhering to their terms and conditions. This impacts our income substantially.
We just lost Arbitration due to various factors including our current attorney not being all that good. Yes, I know when people lose they tend to want to blame their lawyer but trust us, we have plenty of cause.
We are filing a Motion to Vacate the Award (to nullify the arbitration ruling) and we need some help from a Lawyer or Paralegal.

Currently, it seems these platforms can delete your account no matter what and that just doesn't seem right.
When we go on these sites, we are entering into a agreement right? If you 100% adhere to the agreement, it just seems fundamentally wrong they can just delete your account and profile and channel anyways on a whim especially when it impacts your livelihood
We wish to file a Motion to Vacate the award and then we wish to sue. This is time sensitive and we are hoping to start ASAP
