My personal META accounts (Facebook and Instagram) were deactivated despite my diligence in ensuring that I adhered to their terms and conditions.
I took META to Arbitration; however, my attorney was not familiar with Section 230 which the META lawyers used to present a Motion to Dismiss. The Arbitrator awarded / granted the Motion to Dismiss and I was unable to present my case and arguments for why my account was wrongfully and unfairly deactivated.
I wish to file a Motion to Vacate the Award immediately, and then later, I wish to continue fighting this injustice and if it involves another court or suing META directly, so be it.
I need a lawyer or paralegal who is able to draft and submit the Motion to Vacate the Award by using the various documents and motions that comprised my Arbitration.
