With annual growth of over 25% the past four years, we need a GREAT marketing director to help us take our company nationwide. Our growth potential is nearly limitless.

Person must have:
At least five years experience as a marketing director or ten years in marketing
Excellent track record of driving in leads and improving brand recognition
Extensive knowledge and experience with digital marketing
Passion for marketing and landing big clients
Strong people skills
Ability to write and execute marketing programs
Excellent math skills for marketing budgets and measuring ROI
Strong literacy
Strong creativity
Excellence at writing highly effective ad copy
Strong familiarity with Word and Excel
Artistic skills helpful

Job duties include:
Fully researching and understanding marketing trends and strategies, particularly in our industry
Overseeing all advertising
Writing and executing marketing programs
Focus on continuously driving sales and marketing ROI
Working out all budget, resource, and logistic needs for marketing execution
Creating and executing multifaceted digital marketing programs
Working with our sales team to capitalize on opportunities
Helping our sales teams hit and exceed sales goals
Helping to train our franchises and branch offices on marketing so they thrive
