The Print Company is a fast-growing screenprinter – e.g., custom apparel, promotional products] company dedicated to delivering high-quality screen printing services. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Screen Print Operator to join our production team.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate automatic and/or manual screen printing presses
Set up and break down screens, inks, and materials
Align and register screens for multi-color jobs
Ensure print quality meets company standards
Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and press equipment
Track inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Follow all safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in screen printing preferred (but will train the right candidate)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a strong work ethic
