Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Stonewash Operator / Garment Wash Operator to join our fast-paced production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating industrial laundry machines, specifically for garment washing processes like stonewashing, enzyme washing, and softener washes.
Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial washing machines for stonewashing, enzyme washing, and softener washes.
Manage wash cycles, chemical mixes, and garment loads according to production specifications.
Monitor machine operation and garment quality throughout the washing process.
Perform heavy lifting of wet garments and stones in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, including wearing waterproof boots (provided).
Follow safety protocols and properly handle all chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience operating garment washing machines in a stonewash or similar environment.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Must be able to regularly lift heavy loads.
Comfortable working in hot, wet, and physically demanding conditions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality and workplace safety.
