The Quality Assurance Specialist position works closely with the CCO to ensure the quality and effectives of all service lines operated throughout Northern and Southern California. This position will require the QAS to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry's best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing in IL Services, DOR, ACL, Regional Center, and ADRC. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be required to:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure service quality.
2. Perform manual and automated testing on new and existing features to identify and document defects.
3. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.
5. Participate in design and service reviews to provide a QA perspective and early feedback.
6. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on testing outcomes, highlighting any potential risks or areas for improvement.
7. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the QA function.
This is a detail-oriented position requires extensive driving, communication skills, flexibility, and training.
