Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The perfect fit for this role will be instrumental in supporting the Site Supervisor with various administrative tasks, ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently. The candidate should be adept at handling onboarding processes for employees and contractors, assisting different departments, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and contractors.

Provide support to the Site Supervisor in executing their duties.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and set up job interviews.

Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies.

Meet deadlines for assigned tasks by effectively managing time and prioritizing responsibilities.

Offer basic technical support and training to employees.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Skills/Knowledge:

Advanced organizational, computer, and oral/written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot and ensure the efficient operation of technology devices.

Education/Training:

GED or High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in business or related program preferred.

Two (2) or more years of experience in an office setting, with general office skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary 55k
