OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Local CPA Firm is seeking a talented administrative assistant to join our busy accounting practice. The right individual must have excellent communication skills, the ability to organize, multi-task and always maintain a professional attitude. The right candidate is motivated, shows initiative, is willing to be a team player, and manages confidential information appropriately.
Experience using Microsoft Office and excellent written communication is required. Experience working in a Law Firm or CPA Practice is preferred.
Duties will include the following:
Direct communication with clients
Telephone and email communication with various tax boards
Letter writing
Assisting in financial statement preparation
Client payment processing
Providing administrative support to staff as needed
